Excitement Stirs in Bridgeland with New Models, TND Neighborhood

Builders have been busy in Bridgeland, with several new models debuting this
year and grand openings slated for the community
’s second model home park, as well as Lakeland Heights, a traditional
neighborhood development (TND) featuring Main Street-style residential with
retail, services and amenities all within walking distance.
The model home park, in The Cove, will feature 12 models showcasing the variety
of homes available in Bridgeland. Nearly half are open now, with others under
construction.
Lakeland Heights opens in March, with David Weekley Homes as the exclusive
builder.
Directions: To visit Bridgeland, from U.S. 290, travel northwest and take the
Spring-Cypress/Cypress-Rosehill/Fry Road exit. Turn left on Fry Road (second
traffic light) and continue 2.5 miles to North Bridgeland Lake Parkway, the
community
’s main entrance. From Interstate 10, travel west and take the Fry Road exit.
Turn right on Fry Road and continue approximately 11 miles to North Bridgeland
Lake Parkway.
