UST Welcomes
Home-schooled Students
The university of st. thomas
The University of St. Thomas is an ideal setting for home-schooled students with
its small class size, variety of degree programs and housing available on
campus.
At UST, an expanding community of home-schooled students cites numerous
parallels between the quality home school education they received growing up,
and the classical, Catholic, liberal arts education offered at UST.
UST offers 31 majors in areas such as international studies, business,
environmental studies, psychology, communication and pre-professional programs
in law, medicine and dentistry.
With an average class size of 17, UST students receive personal attention from
faculty. All incoming freshmen students are assigned to an academic advisor who
will assist them throughout their academic career. UST offers a supportive
environment where home-schooled students feel challenged academically and
supported by the extended family of faculty, advisors and older students.
For more information, visit www.stthom.edu/homeschool or call the Office of Admissions at 713-525- 3500.
