children that were distributed through NAM
’s Holiday Project. NAM distributed toys to about 3,500 children in December.

NAM holiday projects help Neighbors in Need. Northwest Assistance Ministries held its annual holiday distribution—providing food to 1,016 families and toys to 3,027 children.
This distribution was made possible by the generosity of the community including
area businesses, clubs, congregations, schools, individuals and other groups
who collected food, toys and clothing for their neighbors in need.
“We are appreciative that many congregations, corporations and individuals worked
together to provide much needed cash donations, food, toys and gifts,
” said NAM President and CEO Carole Little. “The need this year was great.”
Cy-Fair Volunteers Celebrate the Holidays by Giving to Others. The Volunteer Auxiliary at Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center Hospital decided to
go above and beyond by giving back to the community. The volunteers collected
canned goods and toys, and donated them to Cypress Assistance Ministries. CAM
provided the items to those in need in the community.
